Some of the above providers are continuing their education in Early Childhood Education, some also have completed the National Association of Family Child Care's Accreditation. There are also providers who have completed the Thelma Harms and Richard Clifford's Family Day Care Rating Scale. All of these things enhance the experience your child will receive while in their care. The providers who have completed National Accreditation or the Thelma Harms and Richard Clifford's Family Day Care Rating Scale are marked by NAFCC or FDCRS or both.
